Take the video tour of Stanford Sierra Conference Center, and you’ll see why we are not only one of the leading California conference centers, but perhaps the most unique and intimately situated. With a breathtaking natural setting on Fallen Leaf Lake, just south of Lake Tahoe, our location is secluded, yet accessible with only a two–hour drive time from Sacramento and three and a half hours from the San Francisco Bay area. Our distraction–free, wilderness setting on the shores of the lake focuses the mind and is highly conducive to productive conferences.
Once you arrive and check in at the main lodge, our friendly staff will direct you to your cabin to drop off your bags and settle into your newly remodeled cabin. Shortly thereafter, we host your group for a brief meet and greet. All lodging, meeting rooms and common areas are equipped with high-speed wireless internet connections. We offer five meeting rooms; the two largest offer 2,000 square feet of meeting space with audio/visual equipment. The beautiful Old Lodge room has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, and with comfortable easy chairs and couches is the perfect place for an informal meeting or social hour.
During your stay, start your day with a cup of fresh coffee on the dock and watch the sun come up over the lake. See the rays of the sun bounce off the pine trees and clouds in an array of beautiful colors while the fish jump. We provide three meals a day and our guests constantly rave about the food. Chef Dave Dennis has directed our food service operations for over twenty years and our Swiss pastry chef is known for his amazing sweets. Our video tour will give you a great overview of these amenities and the unique character of Stanford Sierra Conference Center.
