South Lake Tahoe Shuttle Transportation Information
At least one week before your arrival, you must schedule shuttle pickup. Stanford Sierra Conference Center does not have continuous daily service.
From the Reno-Tahoe International Airport to Stanford Sierra it's a two-leg trip:
From the airport to the Horizon Casino, take the South Tahoe Express. Visit www.southtahoeexpress.com for the South Tahoe Express schedule and to purchase tickets. The fare is $24.00 per person one way and $43.00 round trip.
From the Horizon to Stanford Sierra, you will need to make advance arrangements for Stanford Sierra pickup. Complete the information below and submit to Stanford Sierra to schedule your pickup at the Horizon.
Stanford Sierra shuttle service is available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm on the first and last days of your conference. Guests arriving before 8:00am or after 11:00pm can take a taxi from the Horizon to SSCC. Cab fare is roughly $45.00 from the Horizon to Stanford Sierra Conference Center.

With advance reservation and payment, Stateline Taxi will pick up or drop off from the Reno-Tahoe airport to Stanford Sierra for $100.00 for up to 4 people.
