South Lake Tahoe Shuttle Transportation Information

At least one week before your arrival, you must schedule shuttle pickup. Stanford Sierra Conference Center does not have continuous daily service.

From the Reno-Tahoe International Airport to Stanford Sierra it's a two-leg trip:

From the airport to Lakeside Inn & Casino, take the South Tahoe Express. Visit www.southtahoeexpress.com for the South Tahoe Express schedule and to purchase tickets. The fare is $29.75 per person one way and $53.00 round trip.
From Lakeside Inn & Casino to Stanford Sierra, you will need to make advance arrangements for Stanford Sierra pickup. Complete the information below and submit to Stanford Sierra to schedule your pickup at Lakeside.

Stanford Sierra shuttle service is available on arrival day until 10:00 pm and beginning at 6:15am on departure day. Guests arriving at the Lakeside Inn after 8:45pm or departing before the 7:00am South Tahoe Express, can take a taxi to or from tthe casino shuttle stops. Cab fare is roughly $50.00 from the casinos to Stanford Sierra Conference Center.
